I started in on the Paleo diet last thursday, March 22nd... it has been 7 days and I have lost 6.5 lbs. In case you don't know what this is - think caveman:)
If a caveman could have found it and ate it - then so can I. So lean meats, veggies (not corn - that's a grain) and fruits. And for those of you who have a sweet tooth 75%+ dark chocolate and a glass of red wine is acceptable for the antioxidents.
